UXL is often asked, “What is your differentiator ?” Is it the people you have, their skills, your software engineering process, domain expertise or experience ?

The primary differentiator is our understanding of the ‘Mind’. Now how is this the big differentiator ?

Industry statistics say that most software projects fail (one estimate is 62 %). They either fail to meet their deadlines, budget constraints or expected features or all three.

There are several engineering and project management reasons for failure. However if one digs deeper, the reason is more “Human”.
